ABOUT THE ROLE As the Retail Manager you will oversee the successful daily operations of the Retail side of the business. You will lead by example and drive your team to deliver the highest quality of customer service. Other duties you will perform include: Manage the rosters and time keeping for your team Demonstrate passion for our brand and commitment to growing our customer loyalty program Inducting and training of all new team members while continually building capabilities of existing team members Lead stock management and merchandising tasks Promote a harmonious team environment and manage workplace relations when necessary Actively drive store recruitment for all retail roles You will be supported daily by your Pharmacist Manager, Area Manager and People & Culture Team. ABOUT YOU You will be a natural leader with exceptional communication skills and ability to build a strong team. You will be energetic and passionate about providing great value pharmacy health care to our community while also understanding the importance of being team oriented.
