Employment type: Casual | Monday - Friday flexible rotating roster. Ordinary hours of work: 5 - 10 hours per week. Opportunity for more hours in peak periods. The purpose of the role As a Casual Workplace Coordinator, you will support our Clubhouse team in creating a smooth and memorable experience for our members in a variety of different areas. Responsibilities by function Space tasks Assist with keeping the Clubhouse looking beautiful and clean through regular space checks. Alerting the appropriate teams for maintenance requests. Reset the space in the mornings and/or afternoons to ensure everything is tidy, clean and orderly by following our space checklist. Assisting at the Welcome Desk Provide assistance to the Clubhouse team with member administration. Ensure Hub members and guests are welcomed to the Clubhouse in a courteous manner and are able to find their way, following sign-in and etiquette procedures. Ensuring the welcome area and welcome desk is a clean, presentable, free of clutter and friendly, approachable environment. Help to answer emails on our general Clubhouse email inbox, including assisting with member requests. Follow check-in and check-out procedure for guests of members. Assisting members with queries they may have, connecting them with the appropriate person on the Hub team. Supporting the clubhouse team with weekly events. We require our Casual Concierge to be flexible and embody the Hub values of Collaborative, Adaptable, Resourceful, Accountable & Beyond Profit. About you: Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. Front facing retail hospitality backgrounds favourable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients/members. Fantastic time management, adept at juggling multiple tasks and keeping cool under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and a can do attitude. Availability on Thursday mornings and Friday evenings preferable.
