Advisor, Clerk Grade 7/8 – Workforce Strategy & Design NSW Public Service Commission O ngoing opportunit y Attractive remuneration package Flexible working culture About the role This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects that impact right across the NSW public sector. You will be play an important role in the development and implementation of a range of workforce initiatives aimed at building a capable and ethical public sector workforce. We are currently focused on projects in areas including: Strategic workforce planning Change management Ethics and integrity Performance management About you We are looking for applicants who have: have had some exposure to policy development and implementation strong communication , research and analytical skills an interest in making fundamental systemic improvements to the NSW public sector. Previous exposure to HR, workforce or industrial relations frameworks in the NSW public sector will be looked on favourably, but is not mandatory for the role.
