QA Engineer NRW Pty Ltd | Pilbara Closing date: 22/11/2023 Due to continued growth NRW Civil and Mining have an opportunity for an experienced QA Engineer to join the team at our newest Civil Project. The successful candidate will have an extensive background working within the Civil industry and assist with delivering the project to a successful completion. To be considered for this position as a QA Engineer you must possess the following as a minimum: Quality audit experience within the Civil industry Relevant audit qualifications e.g., lead auditor/ quality auditor/ internal auditor Document control experience Knowledge of using bespoke QA/doc control systems such as TeamBinder or Citrix Experience with implementation of corrective and improvement action programs Experience with Earthworks within the Civil industry Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel and MS office suite As a QA Engineer reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to: Planning and conducting internal quality audits Preparing detailed audit reports and identify corrective actions and process improvements Raising and tracking profess of audit actions Assisting in the auditing or participation in audits of high-risk subcontractor/suppliers as directed Supporting the project teams as required in relation to quality and in particular assist in the timely submission of the MDR Coordinating all activities and tasks related to document control and company archiving Overseeing the subcontractor prequalification process Maintaining registers as required Filing and registering of commercial contract/agreement documentation Ensuring and maintaining accuracy of data on the NRW Intranet Formatting of documents and spreadsheets in line with NRW corporate and document style guides Writing of NRW system policies, procedures and forms as required Developing excel spreadsheets as required Supporting the Quality team in maintaining third party quality accreditations Supporting the Quality team in maintaining NRW's quality management system What we offer: Excellent salary, conditions and benefits Onsite Parking Income Protection Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discounted Private Health Insurance Paid Parental Leave benefits Salary Sacrifice options available About us: NRW Civil & Mining has a proud reputation of delivering diversified contract services on a range of high-profile projects.
