Role overview: You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing Powercurve Collection solutions, aligning them with approved architectural guidelines for the bank's Collections Program. You will collabortate with key stakeholders to ensure that these solutions align with business requisites, adhered to CTO directives, and receive adequate risk oversight. The Collections Program aims to establish the groundwork for a unified collections platform, intended to replace multiple collection systems across the organization. Joining the established program delivery team, you will work closely with various essential stakeholders and contributed to critical deliverables as outlined by the Program Director or their designated representative. You will have substantial expertise in Power Curve Collections PCC 2.4 solutions design, development, and application, with a preference for experience in hardship collections. The position offeres the ultimtate flexibility, allowing you to work from any location in Australia. Job requirements: Demonstrated and extensive hands-on experience in Power Curve Collections PCC 2.4 solutions design and development. A proven track record of applying Power Curve Collections solutions to address business challenges within large, multinational corporations. Proficiency in utilizing Jira and Confluence. In-depth knowledge and comprehension of Power Curve Collections platform development, encompassing API integration, PCC Connectivity, Views, Listeners, IDE, BPS, and Webservices. Familiarity with evolving trends and technology related to collections solutions. Experience in the development and deployment across multiple platforms. Exposure to various development methodologies, with a preference for Agile development. Familiarity with both off-the-shelf and custom-built software.
