About the role Help us achieve our goals as a Full Stack Developer who is passionate in playing a key role in driving strategic change in building the new strata operational platform. You will have a passion for engineering and technology, while also seeking to solve problems holistically across a dynamic business. Demonstrate your growth mindset and collaborate with our teams of business representatives and engineers, who chart a path through short term deliveries towards aspirational end-state solutions. What you'll be responsible for Monitoring and Troubleshooting Monitor backend systems, analyze performance metrics, and troubleshoot errors or bottlenecks to ensure system availability and optimal functionality Testing and Debugging Ensure software reliability through thorough testing and resolving functional or technical issues Code Maintenance and Documentation Maintain and organize front-end codebases, following best practices and documenting code Product Engineering Design, develop, and improve software products by considering the entire system to meet user needs and align with business requirements Skills you'll need Collaboration Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals Numerical problem solving Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems Attention to detail Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
