Role Overview As the Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be identifying and onboarding new members to grow the member base, nationally with efficiency and professionalism. Your main objective is to secure partnerships and memberships to facilitate the flow of products and generate revenue. This is an exciting and fulfilling role that will change the lives of Australians in need, creating environmental change and providing businesses with a corporate social responsibility strategy to engage employees and consumers. Responsibilities Exceptional service to customers nationally You will develop and execute a sales plan to acquire new members and drive revenue to achieve KPI's and targets required by the Senior leadership team. Collaborating with the Head of Customer Success and State Partnership Managers you will identify strategically beneficial charities because of the potential opportunity to move large volumes of product, generate revenue. Develop and implement a sales plan to grow membership, drive revenue through this sector and create advocates for the community. Using your creativity and opportunistic approach will identify and cultivate strategically mutually beneficial partnerships You will implement systems, processes and reporting to streamline and simplify operations, improve insights, and enhance outcomes. You will maintain accurate records on our members in the CRM system ensuring all contact details and communication summaries are current and an accurate reflection of all communication. You will assist Customer Success Senior Coordinators in the onboarding of new members to ensure they are able to use the e-commerce platform You will foster strong relationships with members to ensure ongoing engagement. Proficiency with software programs (eg; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Magento, Salesforce, Netsuit.) Candidate Profile You are currently working in a similar Customer Service role for 5 years ready to take on their next step within their career. You have impeccable communication skills both written and verbal, and your work is of the highest standard. You are a highly motivated and energetic person, with the ability to think strategically and outside the box. You love doing great business and finding ground for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You have proven ability to manage initiatives, projects, and business activities within set time limits, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast paced and rapidly changing work environment. You also have the ability to develop and implement local business development and marketing strategies in identifying new partnership & growth opportunities with partners.
