Date: 23 Oct 2023 Location: Melbourne, VIC, AU, 3000 Hobart, TAS, AU, 7000 Employment Type: Casual About the opportunity This casual opportunity with Insignia Financial will see you performing various administration tasks ranging from processing payments, opening new accounts, transferring money, insurance claims through to dealing with financial advisors. It’s a great role where you’ll be exposed to lots of different teams and processes, and we’ll provide you all the training you need to make sure we set you up for success. While this is a part time role, we ask that you are clear your schedule for your first two weeks of training, so that you can immerse yourself and soak up the knowledge we’ll pass on to you. Post training you would need to be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday You must be available for 4 weeks full time training commencing on Monday 28th November. What we are looking for in successful candidates The main thing we are looking for in this role is strong customer service experience, you can’t teach that – and you’re the type of person who always puts the customer at the front of everything you do. You have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and always give 110% in your role. A quick learner, you are dedicated, resilient and interested in learning all about the Financial Services Industry. A true people person, you enjoy interacting with your team and customers alike. People describe you as empathetic and friendly – someone who always puts their best foot forward. With your previous experience within customer service, ability to multitask and interest in trying something new, you’re really excited at the prospect of joining the growing team at Insignia Financial.
