Part time ongoing position (0.8FTE) Salary based on experience, range: $75,669 - $97,921 (pro rata) plus super Attractive employee benefits including salary packaging and hybrid working arrangements About the role: The Professional Legal Education (PLE) team at Victoria Legal Aid play an integral role in delivering legal training to inhouse and external legal staff to support them to meet their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements. Reporting to the Managing Lawyer, Practice Support, this role will have a broad range of responsibilities, including managing PLE content within VLA's Learning Management System, contributing to the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of program activities, managing and responding to incoming queries from various stakeholders, maintaining and organising content across a number of platforms, coordinating administration activity associated with a range of training events and engaging with staff and external stakeholders to promote upcoming training opportunities. About you: As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite and learning management systems including system administration, technical problem solving and reporting. Exceptional administration, organisational and time management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy work environment. Experience in the delivery of training programs and events, including online and face to face sessions. Sound communication and interpersonal skills with an appreciation of how to deal with sensitive information and liaise with a range of key stakeholders at all levels. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including an ability to apply plain language expertise and adapt content for different audiences. Don't meet every requirement?
