ABOUT THE POSITION We are currently recruiting for an outbound sales and customer service role in the Silverwater area on behalf of our client who is an industry leader in their field of manufacturing and machinery. This position involves phoning existing clients to assess their needs and potentially referring them to their sales representatives. It is an office-based role with the opportunity to extend or go permanent for the right candidate. ABOUT THE CLIENT Our client is a well-established company with a strong presence in the Silverwater area. Specialising in manufacturing and machinery, they are committed to delivering exceptional service to their clients. The company is growing, and they are seeking a dynamic individual to join their sales and customer service department. This role is office based and hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm. Hourly rate - $35-$40 p/h Super DUTIES Engage with existing clients to assess their service and product requirements. Refer qualified leads to the client's sales representatives for further engagement. Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Outbound B2B calls Account management Relationship building General administration SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven outbound sales experience. Strong B2B sales background. Excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of Pronto is an advantage. Full working rights, valid driver's license, and access to a car due to location.
