Haynes are currently seeking Parts Administrators for our valued client Hastings Deering located in Mackay, Queensland. Key responsibilities: Assisting Parts Interpreters as required. Following up and tracking parts orders. Contacting customers when their parts are ready for collection. Adhoc administration duties About the offer: Employment on an ongoing casual basis Monday to Friday roster Minimum 38hours per week with potential OT $35.00p.h – Flat rate About You You will bring the following skills and experience to the role: Previous experience in an administration position. Previous experience with Caterpillar parts is highly advantageous. A successful candidate must have intermediate-advanced computer skills. Motivated and strong work ethic with excellent organizational skills Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical D&A Screening.
