About the Position: The position will be based at our offices in Melbourne CBD, as a Full-time Admin Support. You will join our enthusiastic and energetic team. You will bring exemplary customer service skills, a positive attitude with strong accuracy and attention to detail in completing service administration requirements. The role will get opportunity to work within a supportive team environment where your contribution will be respected and recognised. What's the role? Provide administrative support to the Good Friday Appeal team To independently manage and prioritise multiple tasks Deliver excellent customer service by phone and email, to partner, donor, volunteer and supplier queries Ensure database and operational systems are kept up to date Assist the team with Appeal Day preparation which may include additional projects, communications and other tasks as required Who are you? 1-2 years' experience in a customer service, administrative, project or event support role Competency in all G Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and related applications including Funraisin and Asana are desirable Ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines Displays personal drive and initiative Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change Empathetic, friendly, approachable and articulate Ability to build trust What's in it for you?
