Campus estate is currently seeking a very organised Project Administrator to join the team. The Project Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the efficient and cost-effective delivery of capital projects within the organization. Reporting directly to the Deputy Director – Project Delivery, this role involves providing administrative assistance to the Project Delivery and Planning teams. These tasks include but are not limited to: processing contractor claims, invoices, purchase orders, reconciliation, organizing meetings, inbox communication and managing project documentation. The successful applicant will be a collaborative team player, have excellent communication and coordination skills, strong attention to details and organisational skills. Ideally experience with project administration will be highly regarded as well as ability to use various computer systems proficiently (Finance 1 knowledge would be advantageous).
