Over a 10 year period, D4C will provide long term employment opportunities to diversify the skills of the people of the southern region of Sydney as well as creating pathways to enter the water industry. We have roles on a number of different projects including renewals of mechanical, electrical and civil water and wastewater network assets for Sydney Water across the South Region. You will be in crews of 5-20 people and must be committed to fostering a positive culture, have experience working safely, protecting the environment as well as experience working around live services and following SWMS/JHAs. Extra training and upskilling is provided. Positions: Leading Hands (Mech fitters/Formworkers/Pipelayers) Mechanical Fitters Concreters/Steel Fixers Operators Truck Drivers Skilled Civil Labourers All applicants must have an NSW White Card & NSW Drivers Licence (truck drivers must have minimum MR licence & operators must have Statement of Attainment) To be considered for these positions you must have recent working experience on construction/civil projects. Applicants will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug, alcohol & physical test, Police Check & provide 2 x referees.
