The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join the team at Gemini Enoggera. Permanent position, Monday to Friday. Do you have a passion for delivering quality customer service? Our Customer Service Officer's support our wider workshop team and provide a high level of service to our customer base. If you enjoy a varied role, where no two days are the same, then this may be for you Role responsibilities Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly Greeting customers on arrival. Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience Telephone and email correspondence Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc) Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs Does this sound like you?
