Our client is a specialty coatings manufacturing business which has been in operation for over 40 years. We are looking for additional team administrator to assist with accounts and general office management. The successful applicant will have experience in MYOB ideally across payroll, accounts payable/receivable, banking and records management. Key responsibilities: Provide customer support via phone and email Data entry of sales orders Arranging transport to customers and between branches Banking processes such as scheduling payments, reconciling bank accounts and EFTPOS Assisting with accounts payable and receivable Upkeep of customer, supplier and employee information in MYOB Payroll administration into MYOB Calculation of quarterly BAS and monthly PAYG instalments Other general office administration To be considered, you will ideally possess: Previous experience in Office Administration Accounts/ payroll administration experience using MYOB Good computer literacy using the Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail Driver licence or own transport Unrestricted working rights in Australia Location: Sefton NSW 2162 Hours of Work: 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday (Business operates from 7:30am to 6:00pm so some flexibility may be available) The office is in a trade/manufacturing environment with a supportive and friendly team.
