Because of this growth, we have an opportunity for a suitably experienced and Sales Administrator to join our sales team. This newly created position will be an integral role for the next phase of our development in the industry and will focus on our most valued asset, our customers. The broad overview of the role is to work closely with our national sales team in co-ordinating vehicle sales and distribution. The role will answer to the National Sales Manager and is based in our Brisbane office. Key Responsibilities will Include, but are not limited to: • Coordinate delivery of new vehicles to customers. • Update weekly and monthly sales reporting. • Creation of Repair Orders for new vehicle deliveries and managing the contract flow between all stakeholders. • Maintain accurate estimated delivery dates in Pentana to meet with company and customer expectations. • Coordination of documentation required for vehicle registration. • Coordinate customer collection/vehicle delivery through liaising with workshop/production for vehicle completion and account manager availability. • Maintain retail environment within Pentana (ERA). • Coordinate Demonstrator and Trial Program. • Maintain Pipedrive database The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate they hold: • Strong technical background in bus or heavy commercial industry. • Minimum 2 years of sales coordinator / delivery experience in Bus / Truck, broader automotive, marine, heavy machinery, or similar sector • Current drivers’ license • Attention to detail • ERA (Pentana) dealer management system experience. • Exceptional organisational and communication skills • Genuine customer centric mindset and behaviours, which produce high satisfaction, net promoter, loyalty, repurchase and new customer outcomes • Ability to execute contemporary, end to end sales coordination practices that yield sustainably high performance outcomes • Use of data / analytics to optimise the performance of VDI’s sales portfolio We have a diversified team that collaborates closely and provides ample support to ensure success.
