Responsibilities: - Act as a key technical leader and influencer in guiding customers to adopt Nutanix technologies. - Serve as a specialist and trusted advisor for end customers and field sales teams. - Deliver presentations, demos, and proof of concepts for Nutanix technologies. - Design and implement Nutanix hybrid cloud solutions on AWS or Azure. - Provide feedback on product requirements and sales challenges to influence Nutanix go-to-market strategies. - Thrive in a dynamic technology company, staying ahead of the learning curve in your area of expertise and related business trends. Requirements: - Strong experience in selling and architecting Public Cloud solutions, particularly AWS and Azure (knowledge of GCP is a plus). - Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience with AWS Outpost and VMware Cloud on AWS is preferred. - Solid grasp of IT finance fundamentals, including ROI/TCO discussions and public cloud cost analysis. - Comprehensive understanding of networking in Virtualization and Public/Hybrid Cloud. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, adaptable environment, working with cross-functional teams. - Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent writing abilities and attention to detail. - Background in designing, architecting, and implementing complex deployments. - Thorough understanding of technical sales techniques and processes, including needs analysis, objection handling, business case development, and closing deals. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - At least five years of prior Solutions Architect experience in a high-tech sales environment with a proven track record of driving customer technology adoption. - Holding at least one of these certifications is preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional), AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Microsoft Azure Certified Solutions Architect.
