Job description Position: Electrical Engineer (Property & Buildings) Location: Perth, WA Salary: $80K – $100K (Junior), $100K - $130K (Senior)An opportunity for an Electrical Engineer (Property & Buildings) to join a growing engineering consultancy is currently available. What Areas Can you Make a Difference? Crafting accurate and detailed electrical (power and lighting), communications, and security design solutions. Preparing contract documentation for tendering and construction purposes. Managing design projects from concept to completion, involving close consultation with the entire design team. Conducting on-site inspections to assess existing services and review construction progress. Engaging with equipment suppliers and manufacturers. Staying updated with the latest building services technology, product innovations, standards, and design practices. We have TWO roles: Junior Electrical Engineer 3 Years $80K - $100K TRP Senior Electrical Engineer 6 Years $100K - $130K TRP What Are we Looking For:Key skills and experience of the successful candidate will include: Tertiary level qualifications in Electrical Engineering. Possess prior experience in an engineering consultancy or relevant contracting company. We encourage applications from entry-level to mid-level candidates. Strong communication and liaison abilities to engage with clients and other engineers. Strong practical understanding, proactive high-level thinking, and high attention to detail. Strong knowledge of applicable Australian Standards, Local Government Authority Standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
