Located just north of the Gold Coast, you will join a successful business, assisting in the management of commercial, industrial and retail properties within South-East Queensland. A hybrid role, you will have a focus on managing maintenance whilst assisting with trust accounts, interpreting commercial leases whilst optimizing the performance of the properties under management. This position will see you manage the rental income & outgoings whilst controlling expenditure. Duties will include: Administration and management of commercial assets managed within the group. Management of lease administration, including assisting the leasing team with the preparation of leases and licenses. Understanding and proactively managing leases ensuring obligations of all stakeholders are met under the lease &/or terms of ownership/occupancy. Oversee maintenance issues, including contractor management, work orders and purchase orders. Tenant liaison, handling queries and managing the general needs of tenants. Requirements A background in either property management (commercial preferred) or senior property administration. A good understanding of accounts procedures in order to reconcile tenant and creditor ledgers. Previous experience managing maintenance within real estate. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong time management & organisational skills. Strong IT software knowledge. Own car and driving license. Benefits Excellent salary package.
