The Account Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue through sourcing and establishing new customer relationships, maintaining and building on existing customer relationships, customer management and satisfaction, and taking ownership of their territory and the serviceprovided and delivered. Areas for improvement in relevant branch systems are identified and raised with management as appropriate Quotes & tenders are prepared in accordance with standard forms & policies Power generation projects are identified for tendering New project opportunities are identified for sales &hire team Sale orders are processed in accordance with procedures Sales force is maintained as part of Customer Relationship Management Order confirmations are completed and submitted to the hire administrators in a timely manner Sales plans and call systems are developed and executed Media internet for target company sales opportunities are monitored Competition activity for sales opportunities are monitored Networks in related services are developed to enhance sales opportunities FINANCIAL Provide timely and accurate information and managecosts effectively Agreed monthly, quarterly &yearly Sales Budgets including telephone & face to face contacts are achieved Comprehensive monthly and annual company reports are prepared and contributions are made to branch monthly and annual reports Sales results are presented at regularly sales meeting Monthly and annual figures are analyzed with the senior team and areas for improvements identified and actioned Monthly sales budgets are achieved Annual sales plans and budgets are prepared, reviewed and submitted for approval QUALITY, HEALTH&SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT Demonstrate understanding and commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental issues are considered, demonstrated and promoted in all aspects of duties Key Objectives Ie Main things for this role to achieve, within each of the areas below Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ie How will we know the objectives have been achieved, what will be the result/ proof evidence? company Health & Safety System, policies, procedures and protocols Quality system, incorporating Health and Safety, policies and procedures are implemented, maintained and adhered to, at all times in branches, offices and at all site locations including: Reporting hazardous conditions; all incidents and near- misses; and all injuries, however minor Taking reasonable and necessary course of action to prevent exposure to themselves, others, equipment, and or environment Being familiar with the location of First Aid treatment centers, fire protection facilities and evacuation procedures Inspecting the workplace and equipment prior to use and reporting any defects or hazards they're unable to correct themselves Attending relevant pre-start meetings, safety meetings and training as directed Only perform tasks within your current level of competence and authorization Any situation, event or incident that is in breach of H&S policies or procedures is identified and reported and corrective actions implemented where appropriate SKILLS &ATTRIBUTES (or Selection Criteria/ Competencies) Essential Desirable Up to 5 yearsexperience branch supervisor/manager rolein a mechanical service environment or Territory Sales X Qualifications in Supervisor/Leadership X Sound/ Some experience and knowledge in MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook X Excellent communication skills in the following areas: written verbal negotiation presentation X Ability to work in a dynamic and changeable environment effectively, with minimum supervision X Ability to work effectively in cross functional team environment X Demonstrated commitment to quality and ability to priorities work and meet deadlines and teamwork X Demonstrated initiative and self motivation X Valid driver's licence X Able to attend promotional events as required X Able to travel to regional areas X Sound attention to detail, accuracy and ability to be discreet with information and records X Sound attention to detail, accuracy and ability to be discreet with information and records X
