Full Time (Commencing T1, 2024) The College is currently seeking to appoint an Educational Administrator to support our Secondary Years. This position is a wonderful opportunity to join our team of committed professionals and support in a range of tasks from Event Coordination, Student Attendance and Wellbeing, Sports Administration, Student Liaison, Excursion Coordination, Camps, Budgeting and general administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith, including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship , as well as the following skills and experience: highly developed interpersonal skills; advanced Microsoft Office skills; proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines; strong drafting, writing, and proof-reading skills; high attention to detail; excellent initiative and problem solving skills; experience multitasking and managing projects; proficient in purchase and budget management; experience in event management; first aid qualification or a willingness to gain; a willingness to learn and assist where required; be pastorally minded and comfortable with sharing their faith experience supporting Management (advantageous); and, experience working in a school setting (advantageous).
