We are part of the Imaging Associates (IA) network, with a well-established clinic in Drouin, and are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new state-of-the-art clinic in central Warragul in late 2023. To drive this, we are seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to oversee the admin team in Drouin. You will join a friendly and professional team and play a key role in cultivating a positive team culture and ensuring the smooth workflow of our clinic, which enables us to deliver a high-quality service to our patients and referrers. You may be an experienced manager, or looking to take the next step in your leadership career – either way, you will be well-supported. What will you be doing? Working closely with the Chief Medical Imaging Technologist and Clinical Leads, in this hands-on role you will: Lead and participate in the smooth operation of the reception area and overall clinic workflow Manage billing, banking, and Medicare related activities Provide ongoing training, development, and mentoring to team members Convey business updates from management and oversee correct application of changes Plan and oversee workforce requirements in conjunction with practice management by ensuring appropriate rostering and leave planning Utilise leadership expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queries Identify opportunities to continuously improve and achieve maximum efficiencies to deliver patient excellence What are we looking for?
