CW Products have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administration Assistant to join their Victorian team. Working hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4pm Friday 7:30am - 2pm (Hours can be flexible if required) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented permanent Office Administrator/Accounts Officer to join the CW Products Victorian team at the Ravenhall office. If you are highly organised, have a strong focus on quality and detail, are proactive in approach, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Provide an exceptional standard of customer service to all external and internal customers and stakeholders. Undertake accounts receivable activities by processing ‘Victorian’ customer payments (Cash, EFTPOS, Bank Transfers) and allocate to correct invoices. Processing credit notes for customers when required. Liaise with the Office Manager in managing customer accounts. Undertake accounts payable activities including processing of invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner for all offices of CW Products. Coordination of subcontractor vendors including managing invoices against jobs allocated and sales orders. Provide customers with accurate and detailed information regarding CWP’s installation process. Provide backup and support to the Office Manager activities. Including and not limited to, Order Processing, Scheduling Check Measures, Installations and Service Calls. Manage credit applications and store appropriate for relevant organisations. Maintain petty cash and ensure credit card statements are reconciled and processed in a timely manner. Contribute to office activities such as answering phones and greeting customers/visitors as required. Actively participate in CWP process improvement projects and contribute to the ongoing develop and success of the business. ‘What you look like’ and need to demonstrate to be successful’. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reception, accounts officer, administration, or customer service position. Sound knowledge in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of Business Central (Desirable). Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and quality focus. Strong relationship building skills, including establishing rapport with stakeholders and key networks. Strong professional standards and presentation. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on positive customer experience. Strong focus on teamwork, collaboration and supporting others to succeed. A proactive and can-do attitude.
