About the role The core purpose of this role is to manage the daily configuration, maintenance, and operation of Detector Inspector’s computer systems. You will utilise your problem-solving skills and familiarity with various operating systems and platforms to ensure efficient performance across Detector Inspector’s network. Your day-to-day Manage and maintain all Service Desk tickets offering first and second level triage for hardware and licence support. Manage and maintain phone hardware and software (Amazon Connect, Sennheiser office phones) . Scope software and hardware for future solutions . Manage Office 365 licensing and users. Manage Detector Inspector’s internal system users and access. Manage computer security and protection. Onboarding and offboarding from systems . What you’ll bring University degree, appropriate IT certification or 1 years’ equivalent industry experience. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. Experience with VOIP software and hardware. Experience with reporting software (PowerBI, QuickSight or equivalent). Great time management and organisational skills.
