It is well-regarded for its wide range of services, which include tax consultancy, compliance, and business advisory, among many more. In this permanent, full-time position as a Corporate Affairs Administrator, working Monday through Friday, you will oversee all aspects of clients' ASIC Corporate Compliance through BGL CAS 360. The Position Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Preparation and processing of annual statements for companies Update ASIC documents, including addresses, shareholdings, unit holdings, names, etc Oversee management of registrations and renewals of business names Organise stamp duty fees and order Trust Deeds through authorised suppliers as required Deregister companies as directed by Partners, ensure ASIC requirements are met, and remove exporting companies from BGL CAS once deregistration is complete Manage, collate, and/or archive relevant items, as needed or requested Obtain information from former accounts and clients, as well as investigate missing items Create letters and invoices according to requirements Manage company registers and perform searches as instructed by Partner Provide information on client disbursements to the internal Accountant in a timely manner The Candidate The successful applicant will be a strong team player and have experience in business advisory and chartered accountancy, as well as the following abilities: Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in BGL CAS 360 (Essential) Industry experience and strong corporate law knowledge Proactive and dedicated, capable of hitting the ground running Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with proven ability to meet company deadlines Effective communicator in speech and writing with a friendly, approachable demeanour Please hit the 'Apply Now' button to submit your application or contact Danira Dulic on 03 9088 2279 for a confidential discussion.
