Job Description Bosch Automotive Service Solutions (BASS) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Systems Administrator – Student to join our BASS department on a full-time basis for 12-months commencing January 2024. You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our BASS team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include: Improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform by gathering requirements, feedback and designing best practice solutions. Identifying and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders. Monitoring user adoption. Handling service management queries. Creating training materials and conducting user training.
