We will be a key solution within our partner's strategy, setting them apart from their competition. Key to this role is willingness to roll up your sleeves, be actively engaged in reinvigorating our current partner base, while at the same time finding new partners who haven't considered Nutanix as part of their current solution portfolio. Role & Responsibilities - Create mindshare with new & existing partners to position & sell Nutanix - Co-sell with partners to drive bookings, and acquire new customers thru ecosystem - Recruit and onboard new ecosystem partners - Develop programs for growing/nurturing ecosystem partners - Execute a sales process from discovery, solution, pricing, negotiation, and close - Act as sales manager for ecosystem opportunities. Meet/exceed sales quota - Manage partner relationships at the executive level and at the account level - Define/drive improvements to the channel sales process - Drive relevancy and alignment with C-Level executives - Create & execute GTM partner plans aligned with APJ/Corp strategy and Desired Skills and Experience - 10 years of storage, networking, virtualization sales success (Channels & Direct) - Highly motivated; can work in a rapidly growing and evolving company - Deliver compelling vision at the C-level (solution selling/business improvement) - Intelligently leverage ecosystem to uncover new customer acquisition - Knowledge and confidence using of SFDC, Clari, Spreadsheet tools and apps - Ability to articulate Nutanix value to partner's growth and profitability - Strong self-starter who is a team player and can work independently - Passion to be on a team that will radically change the way we connect - BS or BA in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience The right candidate will be a highly-energetic person with passion and innate drive to excel at any task.
