This is Part Time role. In this exciting and fast paced role your day to day will include Providing IT support to end-users, addressing hardware and software-related issues Assisting in the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access rights Monitoring system performance and assist in troubleshooting and resolving network and server issues Performing and Monitoring routine system backups Collaborating with team members to implement security measures and updates. Assisting in the installation and configuration of hardware and software components Maintaining documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides Responding to user inquiries and provide timely solutions or escalate as needed Contributing to IT projects and initiatives as required To be successful in this role you will Minimum 1 years’ experience in IT Support role Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server 2019, etc.) and networking concepts Basic understanding of Cloud Computing Familiarity with hardware components and computer peripherals Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and adapt Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Any relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A) are a plus Previous experience in a technical support or IT-related role is a bonus In return by joining Intrax, you will have access to a range of benefits including: Being Recognised - Competitive salary, participation in company short-term incentives and other relevant reward programs.
