You are primarily responsible for developing sales pipeline and driving sales opportunities for BT Cyber Security portfolio of services & solutions whilst developing & owning key relationships with senior cyber security executives (CSO/CISO/GM Cyber) in large, Australian-based organisations. You will also be the primary owner internally at BT for the end-to-end security bid process which includes opportunity scoping, architecting, proposing, and transitioning to delivery BT Security products and services. You will also work as a key member of some of our large integrated account teams, responsible for the cyber security services & solutions BT delivers to these customers Responsibilities Deliver new sales and revenue growth on a several named large enterprise customer accounts Establish, develop and own key customer relationships and customer contact strategy Manage the entire sales process (from standard product to complex multi-product deals) for new business sales and expansion of existing business Collaborate with, and provide leadership to, colleagues across the organisation when working on new opportunities Report & forecast accurately on sales pipeline, revenue and profit Develop account plans that support BT growth strategies, sometimes working with global account owners elsewhere to achieve this Present regularly to senior management level. To operate on a multi-product and multiple customer basis. To be accountable for definition and delivery of specific solutions to achieve business objectives and benefits realization Qualification Relevant business/professional qualification, or equivalent job experience. Relevant, contemporary and industry recognized qualifications where appropriate. Relevant Degree qualification (typically engineering/science) or equivalent. Relevant professional experience Skills & Experience Excellent sales, interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Strong selling and negotiation skills High-level technical understanding of Managed Security Services & key cyber security market technologies Ability to adapt to constantly evolving security market and develop appropriate vision around latest security technologies and trends (e.g. security in the cloud, cyber security analytics on big-data platforms) Is a lead contributor individually and as a team member Applies knowledge/skills through handling complex problems and/or coordinating work which may extend beyond own area of expertise. Anticipates client needs, investigates the underlying causes and identifies short- and long-term solutions. Anticipates internal/external business issues and developments in own discipline.
