Role: Data Administrator Pay Rate: Up to $64 per hour Super Contract Length: 6 month contract Location: Parramatta with WFH flexibility Overview: The Database Admin provides technical advice, support and guidance to the Program Manager, in relation to asset and property data, and the information management and technology systems used to manage the property and asset portfolio. Your Role: Support the development, implementation and maintenance of a central property and asset management system and associated policies, procedures and business processes. Support the overall oversight, management and reporting of all property and assets held by the department. Ensure management and staff have access to appropriate systems, data and management reports to enable the department to meets its strategic business objectives and to effectively manage the property and assets held by the group. Provide technical advice and training to staff in the use of property and asset data and property management systems. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and replacements and develop recommendations for change or improvement to current information systems. About You: Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant equivalent professional experience in GIS or comparable disciplines. Proven understanding of asset management principals. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data management or Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and data manipulation. Ability to develop and document processes in gathering asset data across the organisation.
