The Project NEWest Alliance is a multidisciplinary collaboration between CPB Contractors and Downer, working with the Public Transport Authority to deliver two projects (Yanchep Rail Extension and Thornlie-Cockburn Link) as part of METRONET. Across two projects (Yanchep Rail Extension and Thornlie-Cockburn Link), the Alliance will add 32 kilometers of track to Perth's rail network, 5 new stations and 3 station modifications as well as 14 kilometers of principal shared path. Your Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Safety Administrator - Bibra Lake, reporting to the Safety Lead we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who can support and drive the S&H culture on site while providing support and coordination of safety and health practices, systems and procedures on the project. As a Safety Administrator, you will be accountable for: Providing a timely and responsible S&H service Assisting in the application and management of Company's On Boarding system. Entering into the system investigations and actions and proactively following up with the assigned individuals. Review regular synergy mobility inspections and audits Coach and influence site workers and management on the Projects hazard and risk management tools Complete regular and month end reports that are timely and accurate Information analysis into trends from various data sources Facilitate and schedule various meetings both internal and external to the project. Our minimum requirements for this role are: 1 years' experience in a similar administrator role Robust understanding of WHS Act and Regulations Experience in Safety Management System implementation Ability to build relationships and influence people at all levels Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail Computer literacy Current Driver's License Desirable Minimum certificate 4 in OH&S management Exposure to the construction industry Ideally, a Diploma-level qualification in a relevant safety discipline If you are interested in this role and meet the above requirements, please apply below.
