As an APS 6 Administration Officer, working in Explosive Materiel Branch (EMB) in the Department of Defence, you will be working on some of the most exciting and complex guided weapons and explosive ordnance products used by the Australian Defence Force. You will spend your days:Coordinating and performing complex administrative and business support activities within an integrated and geographically dispersed team.Engaging and negotiating with stakeholders on complex issues to achieve business outcomes.Working collaboratively, building and sustaining effective relationships and providing constructive feedback.Resolving problems and implementing alternative courses of action. Your organisational and stakeholder engagement skills will be key to allowing you to deliver outcomes. There may be some domestic business travel associated with this position. We currently have a vacancy located in either Penrith, NSW or Canberra, ACT.About our TeamLEOSPO is an integral part of Explosive Materiel Branch, which is part of the new Guided Weapons Guided Weapons & Explosive Ordnance Delivery Division. Our team is comprised of various disciplines (including engineering, project management, commercial, logistics, and corporate enabling services).
