Permanent full-time/ (35 hours per week) opportunity   Paramatta/ Sydney based role with hybrid working supported. Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $120,859 to $133,183 super The Employee Experience, Capability and Inclusion team are excited to present a transformational and creative opportunity for an experienced professional in the Instructional Design and eLearning space. The role will partner with all levels of staff to provide strategic and expert advice and e-learning/multi-media solutions tailored to their needs and Departmental objectives. The Senior Advisor, Learning Design will contribute to the development of learning content to enhance self-paced e-learning programs, virtual and face-to-face workshops, instructional videos and other interactive tools to develop staff capabilities. This role is about driving cultural change through increased staff engagement in learning and development. This is done through designing and developing e-learning programs and materials for varied audiences within the Department. A key aspect in the role’s success is managing consultations with diverse stakeholders with varying expectations, viewpoints and interests. About You To be successful in the role you will have experience in the design of adult learning and technology enhanced learning resources, with experience in managing an LMS. You will also demonstrate knowledge of and current experience in a range of contemporary instructional design, blended learning development and assessment strategies. The successful candidate will also demonstrate experience: in using Articulate 360 and Vyond with the Adobe Creative Cloud product site, including Photoshop and InDesign administering and using a Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors would be beneficial) across the Microsoft Office 365 applications – Word, Excel, Sway, PowerPoint applying instructional design models and adult learning theories/ principals to the development of engaging learning solutions and resources.
