About the role We are looking for a customer focused Security Officer on a casual basis. This role will report directly to the Security & Surveillance Shift Manager and is responsible for keeping our property, employees and customer safe. You will be flexible to work across a 24-hour roster including Friday and Saturday nights and public holidays. Duties Your duties will include but not limited to: ID checks Deputy Warden in an event of a fire and/ or emergency evacuation, Assisting customers and staff members across different departments, Provision of first aid to guests and staff members, Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and Build positive relationships and deliver on our Moments of Truth to our stakeholders. Skills & Experience To be successful, you will need to possess: 2 years of Security experience in a Hospitality venue, Crowd Control, Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, and Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
