For further information please go to : www.baybuildinggroup.com.au About the Role Sitting within the Direct Insurance Team, you'll be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support to Customers and Clients, relating to their insurance claim. As the point of contact for each claim, you will work to partner with customers, clients and trades, to manage the initial quote and repairs of the claim. Your responsibilities include: Working directly with clients, homeowners and all construction related trades and suppliers. Ensuring that all parties are updated regarding the claims’ progress. Prioritising the team's inbox and actioning items where possible Answering incoming calls & making outbound calls relating to the status of claims Updating notes to internal and client systems Preparing and providing documentation relating to the claim About You Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural people person Strong customer service acumen Great communication skills, both written and verbal Great time management and prioritisation abilities Intermediate computer skills Claims, Insurance and/ or building industry experience is desirable Why join us?
