We distribute our products nationwide through 7 retail stores, an online store & wholesale operation. THE ROLE We seek a passionate customer service focused person to join our Head Office team part-time, Monday to Friday (4 days or 30 hours). You will provide customer service excellence and efficient office sales support by managing in-coming contact from all customers through multiple channels. So, if you have previous sales or customer service experience in a similar role or in a retail or wholesale environment, we'd welcome your application. THE DAY TO DAY Day to day customer service contact with customers Contact trade customers for their product requirements. Respond to calls, emails, product, and fulfilment queries. Customer order processing. Support the product and admin teams in day-to-day tasks. The position is 100% office-based. A BIT ABOUT YOU You enjoy and are confident delivering great customer service. Excellent verbal & written communication skills Experienced MS Office skills. Proactive and a problem-solver. Experience in food wholesale & customer service an advantage.
