You will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting clients with their superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions. You’ll be answering inbound calls and emails from clients and financial advisors, providing information and support related to superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions, and resolving client inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally. You'll also ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of client interactions, collaborate with a diverse team to meet and exceed performance targets, and adhere to our company's values and service standards - and in return, you'll get an annual salary of $68,000 inclusive of super (plus a host of other benefits you'll see below). What we are looking for in a successful candidate You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others. A positive attitude, commitment to providing exceptional service, and the willingness to learn and adapt to new information and processes are essential. Additionally, you should be able to work a rotating roster from 8am to 8pm AEDST, Monday to Friday. Our hybrid operating model is at least 2 days in the office and three from home (though you can work more from the office if you wish). We understand that not everyone has experience in the financial services industry, which is why we offer comprehensive training starting on January 29th, 2024. You'll have the opportunity to learn the ropes and develop the skills needed to excel in this role.
