In this role, you will provide technical software development support - primarily in developing and enhancing Finance System for leasing and loan management. Technologies used are mainly SQL, Stored Procedures and VB6. Strong experience with Accounting and Funding- preferably specific to lease and loan products will be highly regarded. Additional support may be needed from the Finance Systems Developer to production issues, investigations, enhancements, and projects. You will work directly with 3 senior team members, to help ensure good outcomes. What does an average day look like? Overall, you will have ownership and accountability for your own work on the various projects. On any day you may: Investigating, Designing, Coding, Testing and Verifying Developing a strong relationship with the Finance team, to be a trusted business partner Collaboration with other developers to deliver the new capability. Applying good development practices and quality, including documentation Production support and incident triage There will be a few meetings and coffees.
