Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach. About You We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team and support a family as a maternal figure. You will have a bubbly personality and won't be afraid to get involved with your work. You will be assisting a mother of three children with home duties such as meal preparation and organisational tasks. To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold. In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance: 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker. Relevant tertiary qualification. Driver’s License & Car.
