Location: Chadstone Campus.WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.Position Status: Contract of employment until 31 December 2024.ABOUT YOUPrior administrative roles involving oversight of office management and administrative operations in a diverse, complex setting.Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent tertiary qualification in business, administration, or related fields is required.Proven ability to interact effectively with a diverse array of individuals, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.Exceptional interpersonal abilities, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in a wide array of Microsoft Office applications is essential.Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment with competing priorities, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.ABOUT USHolmesglen is a leading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry and the community.
