We are a team of 500 Sleekers from 18 different countries, with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK committed to delivering a delightful experience to our clients We are now looking for a new Sales Account Executive to join the growing team in Australia. What does it mean to be a Sales Account Executive in Sleek? You will be reporting directly to our Australian Head of Sales & Customer Success, efficiently acquiring new clients at scale, and ensuring they have an amazing client onboarding experience. You will be focused on the conversion of inbound and self-sourced leads. You will constantly be on the lookout for new revenue opportunities, networking and partnerships with strategic players. You will build and adapt sales strategies to meet customer and business needs. You will drive Sleek’s revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones. Nurture prospect relationships through the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with Sleek’s product offering resulting in a long-term relationship. Improve existing lead acquisition channels in conjunction with internal teams. Identify product development opportunities through customer feedback and experiences. Requirements You are a born hustler, a networker by heart and hungry for sales You have at least 2 years of sales or business development experience, ideally within SME or consumer sectors, or in a high-growth online start-up environment You have a growth mindset, and an ability to analyse diagnostics and determine the best next courses of action in a world of infinite possibilities You have demonstrated success in exceeding sales and NPS targets You have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills Benefits An environment that encourages innovation and the autonomy and freedom to apply your expertise.
