We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Hazelmere Head Office team for a 12-month maternity leave contract. Being front of house, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to Barminco. You will be responsible for all reception duties and assist with general administration work where required. This busy role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to further develop your career and work alongside experienced industry professionals in a safe, dynamic & outcome focused environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting to the Executive Assistant for the Vice President Australia. Facilitate the efficient management of incoming telephone calls, emails and visitor enquires, ensuring that Barminco is always represented in a professional manner. Ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner with strong attention to detail. Greet and direct visitors ensuring correct sign-in procedures are followed. Managing meeting rooms and the booking system. Creating profiles for the travel system and booking any urgent domestic travel when required. Manage and order stationary, staff uniforms and PPE clothing Processing purchase orders in SAP- As requested from the Executive Assistants Reconciling various financial statements on a monthly basis General Administrative tasks as required Assisting the Facility Manager where necessary Key Requirements: 3 – 5 years’ experience working in a similar position within a corporate and professional environment. Be outgoing and personable with strong communication skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Possess strong attention to detail.
