As a Receptionist and face of ABN Group you will provide a welcoming and friendly reception to all our visitors, customers, suppliers and team members by focusing on an awesome customer experience. You will work as part of a Reception team that supports customers with a broad range of enquiries and connects them to contacts throughout our organisation. Responsibilities include: Coordinating incoming communication Answering and redirecting incoming calls Managing and maintaining meeting rooms Organising and sorting mail General administration What can you bring?
