Social Worker Grade 1 Full time rotational. The Social Work team consists of over 40 staff members who work across the City and Royal Park Campuses in acute, sub-acute and community based services across a range of specialties. We enjoy a collaborative and supportive working environment with the Grade 1 roles rotating yearly to maximise clinical exposure and professional development. Your new role: Make a difference to the lives of the patients you meet through psychosocial assessments and provision of Social Work clinical interventions. You will help us achieve excellence in patient care across the continuum of acute to community care. In return, you will be supported by your Social Work and Multidisciplinary team colleagues, Social Work Team Leaders, Clinical Lead and Managers. About you: You are looking to expand your Social Work skills and work with a dynamic professional team. You have qualifications which are acceptable for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers. You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and in co-operation with others. You have clinical skills and experience in comprehensive assessment, counselling and discharge planning. You demonstrate understanding of Social Work theories and their application to clinical practice.
