St Michael’s Primary School, Berwick is seeking a passionate, dynamic and innovative leader to work in partnership with staff, students and the parent community. The role of the Learning & Teaching / Learning Diversity Leader is to support the principal and leadership team in managing the planning, delivery, evaluation and improvement of the education of all students and for overseeing the provision of assistance and support to students with specific learning requirements. It will involve working closely with the principal in enacting the strategic directions of Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited (DOSCEL) and the strategic deployment of resources. We are seeking a suitably qualified applicant with a proven record of leadership and learning adjustments. The role is a full-time out-of-classroom position. The successful applicant will be offered full-time ongoing teaching employment at the school. St Michael’s as a DOSCEL school is a child-safe organisation. We require the successful applicant to obtain and maintain a satisfactory Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.
