What We Offer Monday to Friday roster – spend the weekends at home Competitive hourly rates and company benefits Permanent, full time position A supportive team environment with the opportunity for career progression Frequent cultural and team building events Cash referral program – work with your mates Novated Leasing options Medibank discounts, travel discounts & super benefits Key Responsibilities Overseeing on-line order pick and pack, to meet demanding quality and fulfillment criteria Timely dispatch of all orders Expediting and receiving bulk goods Driving team performance Promoting a safe workplace and developing an environment of continual improvement Developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners and suppliers Conduct stocktaking counts to approved schedules Conduct housekeeping actions across all storage areas to agreed schedule Perform Inventory issues with compliance to Emeco processes Safe freight unloading / forklift operation and freight dispatch Materials handling equipment pre-starts Warehouse pre-starts ensuring safe work environments, security of warehouse locations and no unapproved movement of inventory items Lead warehouse pre-starts Safety leadership within warehouse operations Supervise warehouse activities To Join This Dedicated team, You Will Have: High Risk License (forklift ticket) – (Essential) Cert III and IV in Warehousing and Logistics (Essential) Chain Of Responsibility (Essential) MR License (Preferred) Six Sigma Lean Principal Green or Black Belt (Preferred) Proven work experience as a Supervisor/Lead Experience in Warehouse Management procedures and best practices Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Strong Knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Experience and knowledge of mining equipment industry Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases The ability to mentor, coach and delegate tasks Leadership skills and ability to manage staff Strong decision making and problem solving skills Strong time management skills and ability to plan and co-ordinate.
