This role is 35 hours per week and requires a background check & excellent references. Duties: Demonstrated administrative experience in a corporate setting Providing support to both the finance and the people and culture team Data entry and reconciliations ie. payroll and leave transactions, accounts payable, general ledger, and learning records. Preparation of documents, including employment contacts, reports and newsletters Provide facilities support Ad hoc admin as requested About you: Demonstrated ability to be proactive, adaptable and multi-task Demonstrated attention to detail, analysis, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Have a high level of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly. Provide effective, accurate and timely advice and services. Work effectively, both independently and as part of a team Be organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail. Be flexible in supporting staff absences or providing backup. Maintain data integrity, security, and currency of records Advantageous: Experience using the AURION human resources information system and the SUN financial system Understanding of NSW government human resources, finance, and purchasing policies and 200016258_169751156478216
