You'll confirm events & make happy customers that keep coming back for all their events, time & time again The venue has super high ceilings, sexy interior & some of the best function food in the Eastern suburbs The venue has just changed hands & they are excited for the future & have tons of event bookings incoming, so need someone to drive the space over the busy summer period ahead You: You have a super happy & bubbly disposition, love what you do, go the extra mile & have years of experience to draw upon You can create strategic sales plans & lead from the front & can tell US how to drive sales overtime You love being entrepreneurial, whereas you'll have the flexibility to work alongside a young team driving to the same tune. 2-4 years experience in a likeminded role in medium to premium functions & events sites Excellent communication skills Easy going & professional can overview budget requirements Love having fun The Business: They have just taken over the site, after working alongside the venue in a operational capacity for many years.
