They are looking for a talented Java Software Engineer to join one of their new product teams that will enable seamless communication and integration between different systems and applications. As part of a new squad that’s less than a year old, you will work with the architects and the Head of Engineering to design, develop, build and support a number of key products/initiatives that the business is currently rolling out. Their current tech stack is evolving with new tech added on a project-by-project basis, but the core stack is Java, ReactJS, Spring Boot, Rest API, PostgreSQL, AWS, Tanxu, Docker, and Kubernetes (80% back-end and 20% front-end). This is more than just an engineering role as you will get the opportunity to help shape product and services for one of the biggest growth industries in the world. If you have a strong combination of the following skills and experienced we would love to hear from you. Prior experience working with fast moving scale-up and start up product focused tech companies (preference given to candidates that have worked with innovative product dev companies as the focus is on innovation, generating new ideas and being adaptable) Proven experience with Java and Java-related frameworks Some experience with Front-End JS frameworks like React (80% back-end and 20% front-end) Experience with AWS ecosystem Experience building highly scalable high available systems and working in a busy production environment Deep exposure to PostgreSQL What's in it for you/us?
